1. Tell us about yourself (background/education/experience).
I have lived in Florida my entire life and attended the University of Florida for my undergraduate degree and Nova Southeastern for my Juris Doctor. I began my real estate career in 2018 with SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler.

3. What do you like most about living and selling real estate in Florida?
Everyone wants to live and work here, especially Lakeland!
4. What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
Call me! ;)

6. What would you be doing if you weren’t in real estate?
Consulting
7. What is the most challenging and/or gratifying aspect of what you do?
The most challenging part of real estate is curbing enthusiasm and expectations. The most gratifying aspect of real estate is securing a property that your client loves.
8. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
How to speak French!
9. What are your favorite indoor or outdoor activities?
My favorite indoor activity is watching tv with the air conditioning turned down as low as possible. My favorite outdoor activity going right back inside.
10. If you wrote an autobiography about your life, what would you title it?
Wait, What?
11. In your opinion, what is the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?
I have minimal residential home experience but I love seeing a marble staircase or fireplace.

Anywhere in Italy

George W. Bush

Sienna Miller, she is way cooler than I will ever be

18. What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
200-acre ranch land in Ft. Meade. It is gorgeous with lakes and open fields.
19. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
An alligator.
20. Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I work for the best commercial real estate brokerage and have learned so much from my brokers. Each of my brokers can handle anything thrown their way and always have a solution for any unusual situation.
