1. Tell us about yourself (background/education/experience).
I was born in Cuba and came to this beautiful country in 2016. After a year living in Miami, we decided to move to Lakeland and have not looked back since. I hold a Law Degree from Cuba, where I worked as an attorney for 13 years before coming to the states.

3. What do you like most about living and selling real estate in Florida?
Being bilingual in English and Spanish has given me the opportunity to interact with people from many different walks of life and know people from different countries who wants to achieve the goal of ownership in this amazing country.
4. What advice do you have for anyone looking to buy or sell right now?
Buying or selling a property is a complicated process but we have the right team to take your hand throughout the process. Do it when you are ready, not everyone else does. The only right time is the right time for you.
5. What three traits define you?
I get emotionally involved with every client I meet

Responsible
6. What would you be doing if you weren’t in real estate?
I would probably be in the legal field or something related
7. What is the most challenging and/or gratifying aspect of what you do?
Most complicated is trying to help and keep everyone happy.
The most gratifying is getting to the closing table and handing the keys to the new buyer or knowing your seller got what they wanted in the sale.
8. If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I would like to learn more about humans and communication skills, and also other languages.
9. What are your favorite indoor or outdoor activities?
Indoor activities: watching TV, and I also enjoy cleaning
Outdoor: go to the beach
10. If you wrote an autobiography about your life, what would you title it?
My Different Lives, as I feel I lived and was born again when I came to this country
11. In your opinion, what is the coolest design trend you are seeing in homes today?
Floors and bathroom renovations with tile, very modern designs
12. Where is your favorite place in the world to be?
The beach
13. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you meet?
My grandmother; she was my role model, my support, my confidant, my everything.
14. Who would you want to play you in a movie about your life and why?
If I have to pick a famous artist, Sandra Bullock. I love her personality played in movies and how she displays herself when acting.
15. What are your top 5 favorite TV shows or movies in no particular order?
Titanic
Crash Landing on You (Korean TV series, I love Korean shows)

16. What are your top 5 favorite bands/artists or podcasts to listen to?

18. What is the most unique property you’ve listed or sold?
A lakefront property in Winter Haven
19. What is the most unusual thing you’ve encountered while working in real estate?
When one of my buyer's wire transfer was hacked and lost all the money to complete the transaction
20. Anything else you would like our readers to know about you and your company?
I love to learn and grow my knowledge of the industry. I get great joy in helping people on their real estate journey. Dealing with the stress of buying or selling a home can be stressful, but my passion for the legal field has morphed me into the Realtor I am today.
Fun fact: My English is self-taught! I learned a lot from watching TV.
